What helps a restorer most
A few details make the first conversation shorter:
- which room the fire started in, and which other rooms smell of smoke or show soot;
- whether the fire department came out, and whether it has said the house is safe to enter;
- whether any doors, windows or parts of the roof are open to the weather;
- whether you have reported the damage to your insurer yet.

What the service does
A restoration company handles the work a fire leaves behind: boarding up openings, cleaning soot and smoke residue out of the rooms the fire never reached, getting the smell out, and repairing what burned. Calling
This service doesn't have a phone number yet; you reach it through the form. We'd rather say so plainly than print a number that rings out.
When a number is added it is planned as a voicemail line. Nobody picks up live: a recorded greeting tells you the call is recorded, and you can leave a message after it.
